Ok, do you work for K-Tec? If so, is that the 1.2 16v Sports Cat your talking about? If not, are you just talking about standard cats, if so, where are you? Does the flexi hose make the length between the manifold and cat box longer?

Replace track rod end on left, helped ALOT. Brought new discs, will put them on tomorrow - Fingers crossed its not the rack!

Just been having a look at it and it seems that the left rack end joint is badly worn causing the left wheel to have lots of about 5mm of play. However on the right side, the rack end joint is got about 3mm play from the centre of the rack.. Im getting a left rack end joint at 3pm and will fit...

I've had brake problems for a while When I first got the car, after 2 weeks the discs warped, so I replaced them and still used the same pads. That was ok for a while, but the last 3 or so weeks the braking is unbearable! Sometime its fine, but other times slight braking from any speed above...
