Was it released yesterday? Mine was dispatched by game but i didnt get it yesterday. I think the fact that this is out but there are hardly any comments in here compared to previous releases speaks volumes about how this 'game' hasnt evolved with the times and continued to build on what was a...
lol how is that cheaper to insure than my car and I'm 34! (mine is £350) Who are you insured with out of interest?
I would have had an AMG this year if it wasn't for spending a fortune on a new kitchen, hopefully next year! But its likely to be an E63, I had mine remapped a few months back...
Powerline adapters would be your best bet if its possible to do that, otherwise sticking the hub into modem mode and getting a better router is what you need. I doubt its the internet connection, I get 160MB with Virgin and its great.
I've done the prologue so far which was quite reminiscent of the older games, I've just got out into the open and am hoping this is where things change.
Forza has basically gone downhill, 2 was perfection, but then it became too mainstream and all the add-on tat came about and it lost its edge. At the Forza 2 / 3 era, it was leading the way with physics but the industry has moved on now. I've yet to try the demo yet (will do this morning) but...
Draytek routers are very, very good and full of functionality if not a bit ugly. My network at home is pretty extensive (in comparison to most homes) and router wise I use an ASUS RT-AC87U & Draytek 2130n with a Virgin Media home hub in modem mode.
The TS140 is a good deal for sure, they can take 32GB of RAM also.
These are my two Gen8s:
I was planning on having them configured in a vSphere Cluster but 16GB just isn't enough RAM to do it comfortably, Hyper-V is very impressive with its memory utilisation (I happily run 5 VMs 24x7 off one...
I should probably point out the OS currently sits on 2 x 256 GB Samsung 840 PRO SSDs, I have a dedicated Samsung 850 500GB SSD for iTunes & games. I also have a 10TB share on a windows file share server for storage.
Current configuration is an ASUS Rampage III motherboard (socket 1366) with an...
So this should be an easy one, but I'm not sure whether I am better off going with Skylake or 2011-3 Haswell. Presumably with Skylake being so new the better stuff won't be out until later on? Whilst I do still play games it is really only occasionally now and my main goal is to have as fast a...
HP Microserver Gen 8s run near silent, however to get the most out of them (Xeon, SSD, memory etc) you will end up spending more than a decent NAS, so it really depends what you want. I have two of them and a Netgear ReadyNAS which i use for daily automated replication, so i don't use any of...
