Hi, Those folk with quick release front bumpers for loading cars onto trailers etc, can you post some pics of what you've used to fasten it and where? Mine touches on the ramps as it is, and in due course I'd like to add a splitter so it will need to come off for loading. Thanks

What do people use in their track cars and for road use? For a dedicated race or track car I'd use the FIA spec stuff, but I worry it might do more harm than good on the road? Cheers!

I've always wanted one and now ave a track car to put one in, but I know they normally just thread onto a rod and the clio has lift reverse and no thread with the OE knob bonded on. Has anyone managed it? If so how? Cheers
