i was going to use the stub axles from.my 172 cup and put them on my ph1 cup projectthe cup axle will bolt straight onto a ph1 172 rear i believe ? can anyone confirmand my cup axle has done 40k lessthe whole lot or just the stub
am i right in thinking if i swapped the ecu out of my non cup for my spare cups ecu/uch/key would it wotk minus the auto lights/wipers
for what they worth im tempted to keep itvas a spare since they so tempramental
picked this old girl up yesterday and once i can get it in the garage (currently full with 3/4 of a 172 cup) she'll not be looking like that again

if i bought a ph1with a engine failure the bare phase 2 engine would drop straight on wouldnt it?

i was thinking dropping the subframe then remove the engine and box from there
is that do able or is it to tight? or would i be best of just taking engine and box out then subframe

am i right in think the 172 cup and resr shocks and front arms will bolt straight on?
and the arms push the wheel base slightly further forward,cup springs slightly stiffer but dampers identical?
can someone confirm this as i has a cup donor that has 2 new arms new in box and the shocks...

on doing the aircon delete as prr the guide on here but i ordered the pulley before reading the guide so guessed which of the 2 timing pulleys from the saab 95 i needed
i ordered the far left and by the looks of the guide i needed the centre guide pulley

issue iv noticed is if im not carefull changing from 1st to 2nd its notchy and theres a slight grind,if i change up at 3k or lower it hasnt done it at all but if not carefull 4k plus...
