Well it did it again this morning, and I noticed that if I knock the car out of gear or dip the clutch whilst moving the revs seem to rise and fall betweek 1200-2000rpm. I don't know where the ICV is located on the 172 if you have any idea?

Can anyone else shed some more light on this at all?

I have no idea how old it is, I imagine it's original, but it is running a sports cat. I think it's running twin lambda being a ph1 but I'll have to double check.

Ph1 172 for reference. The past few days my revs have been sticking at 2k, which I've diagnosed as a sticky throttle body. So I'll be cleaning that up later this week. However another problem popped up recently, and I was wondering whether I might be able to sort it whilst cleaning to throttle...

Toe out on the front is needed as the inside wheel has to turn at a slightly more acute angle than the outside wheel.

Tracking will be out, mine was towing in badly when I fitted mine and steering went mental under braking.

The 15" F1s that came on the Ph1 are a unique offset, which iirc you can't buy off the shelf.

Spammed this thread quite a lot already, but took some photos today after giving it a clean and sorting out my rear bumper.

The arse on these things are just sublime.

What coilovers are you on if that's as low as possible on the front? Also, do your struts allow or camber adjustment as they looks pretty straight on the front.
