Camber bolts replace the top bolt of the two pinch bolts on each front struts. They have a lobe shape to them rather than a circular shape so when you turn the bolt the hub moves forward and back wards, this is how more or less camber is created. when you have the position you want you tighten...
Maybe because people will 'clone' a clio's reg. I doubt many Ferrari owners will need to worry about insurance, fuel etc.

cant remember, was a while ago when he built that. looking at the pics in the link you've put up I cant see anything major cut out so I guess your be ok.
Well you can buy them with camber added a bit like shims, Dan @ m.a.d sells them.
