Looks good mate, But is does seem strange that the rear panels are still in, and now you will probably have to remove the cage to get them out. Also watch out for the Ktec hate threads...

Lets be honest the two major things that affect the pad type to use are the drivers braking style and the vehicle weight - cooling can also be another factor. A lightweight car driven by someone with good braking technique will require lower rated pads than the opposite.

Rebuild costs usually depend on what needs doing tbh. So you are best off ringing a local gearbox specialist. You will of course need to factor in box removal and refitting.

Gearboxes are made of cheese, so I would guess yes, rebuild required.

I think you need a proper ph2, not an early one one, which iirc is called a ph1b. So anything after a 52 plate and it should be do-able.
