Was it a 12 month warranty mate? If so remind them that under the sale of goods act it is not reasonable to expect a 1k body to crap out after a year. A £50 compact maybe but not a grands worth of kit. You are also aware of the 2 year European warranty on goods sold within Eu? Research your...
This also got onto explore today too! I am chuffed but don't really know what it means or how I actually know it's been explored apart from comments congratulating me on the explore?????

I hope not as I turned back over in bed as it was so cold when my alarm went off at 6.15am :o
Its a sunset from a a few weeks back now, was very intense but very short lived, literally my next 3-4 exposures had nothing of the intensity.
Awesome mate
Second ones a stunner as is the light trails shot mate, very nice work!!
I might be inclined to remove the lens flare from the sky part of it though, should be easily clonable. I have gone back over my tower bridge trails shot and spent an hour in PS yesterday cloning out the...
Had never heard of it but it looks interesting. http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/cameras/epson-rd1.shtml
It accepts leica mount lenses so plenty of expensive options or you could look on ebay for russian m mount lenses.
Looks a little cracker!
You've got plenty of choice of quality lenses, with the 2x crop factor I would find 45 (90) too limiting. 20 mm gives you a 40 mm focal length which.should enable more general types of shots.
Another shot from St Katherine Docks London, Has been cropped top and bottom and exposure adjusted but yes the sky really was that colour! And its as straight as its getting ;)

Best time I found guys for the purple (pollution/twilight/long exposure) skys was about half to an hour after sundown
After that they turn more a muddy brown so 8pm should be fine, good luck and have a great afternoon!
^^Rule of thirds you mean. Yes thats one rule, a 60/40 split also works nicely imo and a square can be nice too with a 50:50 split. To be honest there are a lot of compositional rules but they all stem from fine art.
Am happy to have all the C&C on the world on this one, took it on Sunday with...
Well you've picked me up before on pixel peeping ;)
I have no doubt the Tokina is better but suspect the results would be better once the sigma was stopped down a little, don't forget that its wide open at that focal length where the Tokina has been stopped down.
I have seen many great shots...
Thanks Paul, colours actually aren't as purple as I would have liked, I have more to post up with straight out of camera colours that actually look more "unrealistic" than this lol! It's a combination of pollution, long exposure and twilight!
Hi Scott, thanks, lens is actually the much...

Its a free pc download, although I have the android app (£3) IOS available too.
It links to google maps and gives you the direction of sunrise/sunset and a load of other cool features too, really worth it for when planning shoots from the comfort of your living room!
