The Speedo is unlikely to be the issue (my speedo drops in and out) it's an existing issue with my car so was an 'outside' guess.
Crank sensor is on the right hand side if the engine (gearbox side) IIRC.
Does the car start ok?
Mines doing this to... I have a faulty speedo sensor so wondered if it was something to do with that, pulls up P0500 fault code.
Not looked at anything else, but wondered if it could be crank sensor if not speedo related.
Lol, I had forgotten about RTTG, 'I know let's arrange a cruise to France for the evening, yep that sounds like a good idea'
The French armed police and customs love you Chip-mk1.
Anyway sorry Kyle, back to your meet arranging.
Yep, cruising now days is popping to the local Tesco and looking at a few ratty cars, back when we were involved Saturday night was driving to the other end of the country with several thousand people in tow.
Sutton always used to be good, the Mad Mile etc.
One of my efforts back in the late...
Cams produce good gains, will require someone to map the car after though.
Head work I'm not sure on, always been under the impression that the heads are finished pretty well.
If you want to get good advice Chip-mk1 is very knowledgable with these engines.
Having been on the end of herts police before at 'meets' I think I'll keep away after last time.
Also 'keyboard warrior' I'm not, just warning you for your own benefit. Kyle knows the score and knows me, I'm sure he can confirm I'm far from a keyboard warrior, rather I've learnt from my past...
The only reason I can really see you would use this is if you are in a rush.
Being water based it wipes cleanly off if you get any over spray, where as Revive needs a little more effort to remove.
A 'Sprayable' Revive for the grills on the clio would be nice...
What Auto Finesse say:
Dressle, the versatile all purpose dressing for exterior and interior trim. This water based dry cure dressing is the finishing touch for a multitude of areas all around a vehicle, from engine bays to interiors, wheel wells to intricate grills, adding a new look satin...
RS2 is a great addition, makes the car very drivable due to the extended torque spread.
That was mine. 182 manifold, Decat, Ktec Supersport exhaust and MWM map.
Speak to Chip-mk1 he is probably the best to comment on your engine spec vs RS2.
