Looks spot on, it's amazing what a little elbow grease can do to change the overall appearance of a car.

My issue was as the box was out under load the vibration would start, the more load the more vibration. Felt like the wheels were unbalanced. Driving 'normally' the car would be fine it was just pushing on the vibrations started.

Again, refer back to your original conversations, were you told this when you took out the insurance? Is it in the T&C's of your insurance that you signed? If not then again it's been mis-sold, FSA will investigate. That said personally I'd just bin them off and go with someone else.

Call back, speak to a manager explain calmly what the issue is, ask them to listen to the original call and to come back to you. If you still get no joy request copies of the recordings and approach the FSA (Google).

JLK did you take out insurance over the phone initially? Did you specifically ask about modifications at the time and have it verbally confirmed as ok? If the answer is yes to both request the original call is listened to (they will have it saved) if they did say mods were ok on that call and...

Yep, I'm in Bushey near Watford. Not any local meets other than I try to get people together for the monthly Ace Cafe meet. Herts doesn't seem to fit in to any of the regions the clubs split in to, we seem to classed as East Of England.

Yep, I'm on sim only (can't fault their service down here) although Giff Gaff for half the cost and more data is appealing.

I'd buy one or myself having now driven one. A nice sounding exhaust (although TBH it doesn't sound to bad standard) and a remap I think 225 bhp would be pretty easily achievable, it's a hoot to drive and deceptively quick.

Hopefully the RS will be on the firms car scheme so when I swap I can upgrade ;) That said I do fancy the new J11.
