Make sure both front wheels are off the floor otherwise you will be fighting the ARB. Put strut in and lightly put on the top mount. Try and line up the bottom holes and get a bolt through then all you have to do is pivot the hub up and give the other bolt a tap with a hammer to get it in :)

Faulty oil sensor ?

If your engine has standard inlets and you want RS inlets. Do you have to get them matched to the head or to just the upper inlet ?

Does your car have the engine cover on? Over tightening the bolts can cause the inlet the raise slightly causing a leak. Learnt from experience :)

Mine use to fluctuate on idle, I had a vacuum leak and the ECU couldn't find base air intake so was overcompensating

I have had to do it a couple of times. Would only do it as a last resort though ...

Is it a constant 3k or does it go up and down ?

Like a race car battery isolation switch? You can but I think they bugger up the ECU if you keep cutting the power.
