I had my standard 182 rolling roaded last year and it made 179bhp which I believe is bang on the money. The other 182 that was rolling roaded that day had an induction kit, full stainless exhaust system and a decat and made 176bhp.......needless to say I was surprised but very happy!
^^^Was good to meet you aswell - I have the black gold 182.
I was happy you were too quick off the clutch so I could beat you down the 1/4mile! :D
It seemed to be a running theme as when I was up against the lad with the 172 he was left wheel spinning at the start in the wet as my traction...
^^^I'm afraid not - I didn't spend much time taking pics TBH.
It's a nice looking car he's got - needs to ditch the induction kit me thinks.......it was roasting and was probably to blame for the engine management light coming on.
Here are a few pics I took at Crail yesterday - it started off very wet but dried off in the middle of the day......unfortunately the best time I could manage was 15.8 on the 1/4 mile :(

Update:
My g/f has taken my car to Renault and they have had a look. Everything seems to be in order although the windscreen washer bottle was empty but they are saying the leak may be from the air con as it was so hot yesterday...............very odd seeing as I never use the air con!
She's...
I don't know much about cars so excuse this thread :o
Tonight I have noticed a wet patch underneath the centre of my Clio 182's front bumper. Having looked in the engine bay from above I can't see where the leak is coming from. Does anyone know where this could be coming from?
No lights are...
I spotted a convoy of 5 or 6 V6's heading northbound on the M1 near Leicester after FCS. Got a thumbs up from the blue V6 that was leading the convoy - I was in the black 182
Nice quiet non mag day which meant plenty of runs up the 1/4 mile - I managed to run a 14.955 in my Clio 182! :) There was lovely sunny weather but it was pretty chilly due to being pretty windy. The only other Clio in attendance on the day was possibly the worst Mk 1 Oasis 1.2 with 5 doors...
How easy is it to change side-light bulbs and front indicators? I fancy changing the indicator bulbs for the silver ones that flash orange and getting whiter side-lights.
Can they be changed easily or does the light or bumper need to be removed for access?
I have a '55 plate Clio 182.
Any...
Ah cool - didn't seem to make a hell of a lot of difference when driving home in the peeing rain tonight. I'll mess about with it next time I'm in the car and it's raining.
Cheers!
I found a button in the Clio that I've never noticed after 2 months of ownership. It's on the right stalk behind the steering wheel and it is to the left of the button you turn for the rear wipers.
It looks like it speeds something up/down but can't see anything in the manual. What is it? :S
I had a problem with my passenger side xenon not coming on at all. I put it in to Renault and they said the "headlight computer" for that xenon was at fault.
One month later, my drivers side one is being very tempramental!
^^^That would be me then!
I got my fastest time of the day against you Col - 15.336 which was fractionally quicker than yours when we raced. :rasp: (I was in the Black Gold 182)
^^^The reason for that photo was the GTi-6 badge on the back. Obviously the 206 was never a GTi-6 anyway and even more bizarrely it was a 5-door. My mate in his 106 GTi beat it anyway so it clearly didn't have a GTi-6 engine in it!
