Give the bonnet release clip a good oiling and work the release handle a few times. the clip may be sticking.
The other problem was the the safety catch used to be plastic (not the handle you use to finally release the bonnet cause that still is) but the clip the handle is attached to which...
Looks better behind black wheels though, and best done with the calipers off to get the paint where it needs to be and not look like some bits were missed. Two coats worked a treat and still got half a tin left to re-touch / freshen next year if needed :D
Some Focus Electric orange (nothing electric about it just bright) High temperature paint off ebay a year ago when I first did them comes with the paint, a brush and brake cleaner spray.
Halfords didn't do orange just the standard red silver or blue even though the box does show the colour...
The black wheels are going back on it after it's been serviced and MOT'd and still got the black rear lights as i like them even though the 'majority' on here don't.
The only difference to this years look from last years will be updated bullets and the rear lights and maybe a cup spoiler

Just be careful what you drink as two pints could see you well over the limit even a couple of hours after you last had a drink It's not big and it's not clever and most definately not worth it.
Biggest regret of my life todate.
Oh and on a lighter note public transport sucks - and it's...
It did have the V6 spoiler on, took it off whilst car was off the road so the car is almost original at the minute still a few bits to do before it or should i say I'm allowed back on the road.
Pictures took on phone so not best quality
Car been in garage for a year so been tinkering - nothing too drastic just a tinkering. Just gave it it's first wash since it's been off the road.
Should have had lights fitted with black inserts but seller couldn't be aRs3d to send them so got...
Saw that issue today looks stunning was tempted to get a 200 but now think I'll wait hopefully they will have improved the dash and centre console as not a fan of the current one in the 197
Was tempted to get a new clio 200 but just seen the new renault Clio IV in this week Auto Express for release end of 2011 still a long way off true but it will soon fly by especially if you just bought a new clio 200 and the new model IV is just around the corner looks like it's taking alot of...
Yeah it was constantly topped up before each wheel was done and rechecked during the bleed. Just noticed that there was a bleed valve on a master cylinder in this months car mechanic - think it was in the Q&A part. thats why the query.
Apart from the four on the calipers are there any more bleed valves on the system such as the master cylinder under the resevoir as I've bled my brakes after changing pads and the car does stop but doesn't feel right
I think if you put a body kit on a car you're trying to hide the fact it's slow usually 1.2's.
1.4's and above tend to add the bits they can from the RS version to try to visually improve rather than visually distract....
wait for abuse from the 1.2 owners who might stumble across this
liking the orange dash inserts - a fresh look for the summer however the rest........ keeps it looking individual and easy to spot if nicked, and so long as you're happy that's what matters and not what others think.
didn't see any of them, saw a black phase 2 with body kit and renault sport badge, black alloys with silver rims in Wideopen about 18:30 turning past the Moor House pub (NL55 GZD) not sure if it's any one off here!
