Along those lines ie an open filter (one of your choice) for the noise - just need to make a good shield with possibly a hole or two for some cold air feeds that you could slot into the gap between engine and filter to keep the filter side cooler

Keeping the grey ones as the black ones seem to be in more demand so when/if the car is sold it will go back to standard. so I'll have two sets of rear lights, a V6 spoiler, a cup spoiler and some 17" wheels to sell on however, I'm under instructions that I can't change the car yet........

Yeah everything works only changing them for asthetics as you can't easily take the Light unit apart. Just think the black will look a bit more moody than the light grey ones renault fitted to 182s. fickle i know however i can always sell them on when I get bored.

Mine used to be freezing on my 182 when it was new....... get the system recharged, kits can be bought from halfords and check your filter (found under the drivers side windscreen scuttle which you have to remove in order to get to the filter box) assuming it's in the same place as a 182.

some will try and convince you there is with it being a smooth bend however unless you have had your whole intake system matched and itg filter can't say you'll notice anything obvious think it's more for looks but you may get a better mpg on a long run.
