Exactly which is why I haven't commented. 172's are only 165hpish anyway and if its geared to offset the weight difference there is no reason why it can't keep up, and that before you factor in the additional torque it offers.
Part of the log book? Probably the envelope it came in.
Theres some sort of mark on the passenger seat inline with the graffiti on the bonnet, would probably get the £2.6k back by just 'weighing in' the seats down the local sperm bank.
Is this potential owner aware of how much a splitter is? Are you likely to lose a sale over it?
I would just say that I didn't have time to sort it out, I will drop the price £50 they can't be much more than that.
A ph1 with under 50k is worth strong money and its flame red! Cambelt done etc full MOT and a years tax, some decent mods what more could you want! Its worth £3.5k all day long, if not more.
I think he sold his to cheap and is now intent on devalueing every other example on the market.
I would buy that flamer tommorow for £2650, then sell it on and make a grand.
Tis mint that and low mileage, X reg too, was it registered before March 1st 2001?
I reckon aim to get £3750 for it, the colour and the mileage help massively.
Yeah I could probably get a stamp, I might keep it for another year though and need to rely on it for work its a big service 40k one, and its got full main dealer service history as it is, for the sake of £150 I think I will just send it in, I ve got 1000 miles to be doing in it over the next 3...
I ve done it myself in the past but this one I want a stamp in the book so its going to a specialist in a few weeks.
A minor service on your clio should be under a ton.
Its a 2001 yeah? Has it had the cambelt changed yet?
Lol only saying it how it is buddy! He can spend the whole weekend before sweating outside with a microfibre getting a sunburnt nose or he could have a piss up against it on the way in! Wouldn't make any difference with silver!
Thats not especially cheap, he might have put turbo in the title so the advert would be picked up by people searching for punto turbos. I would HPI it.
Ah if it was silver I would of said spend the money in the pub!
Are you looking to do it yourself? Or are you wanting to pay someone? If so where abouts are you based, loads of detailers on here.
They are shite, my dad bought something similar for polishing his boat, put any pressure on it and they stop! Completely useless, you definatly won't get any correction with that.
It didn't take the swirls out but it took the 'bloom' off and gave it a good shine which was all I was after really it was abit faded. I forgot you did those 50/50's you can pm me them if you like.
