I wouldn't bother with financing a 1.2, pointless spending £5k on a nearly new first car. Just get a ph2 1.2 16v dynamique on says a 51 plate for £2.5k, cheap enough to ensure third party and you won't lose any money on it when you sell it after a year. Trust me you will get bored with it...
