I am not sure if it is relevant but i think red bull either this year or last year geared their cars to reach top speed earlier on a straight than the cars around them.
The cars were able to accelerate up to the top speed much quicker than the chasing pack that by the end of the straight the...

I dont believe that one, speeding up slightly down hill with light use of the throttle and easing off up the other side of the hill will produce greater MPG because the engine is working less hard on the difficult up hill and when going down hill to maintain the same speed little throttle is...

I have OZ F1's as daily wheels and TD 1.2 for track use, I personally think buying OZ f1's second hand is not always a good idea as so many are no longer straight because they are not particularly strong. I bought a set and one was well bent luckily I found a replacement for £20 inc tyre. :D
Personally for brakes i would go for brembo oem pads and brembo HC discs for road use and at a later date if you want to track it get ferodo DS2500/3000's. No point spending £130~ on road pads IMO.
One of my housemates did her masters in this area, problems are such as the seat is only suitable for small people due to it not going back far enough or go low enough causing legs to have to be bent in ways that are not comfortable or correct posture. The pedal box causes your legs to not be in...
the worst part is realising you haven't switched the lights on properly whilst they are on auto and having to quickly turn them on or risk blinding someone.
