    Its down to oil changes and oil level. Keep on top of them and the dephaser will keep on going. Some on here have been on over 100k and still going. It was cs that caused "dephaser panic"

    I have a wheel with 195 45 16 on but iirc it will cause problems. With esp light etc due to two different sized tyres on the same axle. And its a 172 wheel.

    Heard and read that AF tough coat is good for wheels. Obviously not as good as above but an alternative option.

    This. 30k is nothing tbh, if oil changes have been done regular it will be fine imo. Changing it every time the belts are done is stupid and a waste of money.

    172 and 182's are meant to be run on higher octane fuel. 95 ron is utter s**t for them
