Look to pay extra for bits you can't do yourself. 're waxing you can do with your own wax. What I would recomend if you are paying to have all this done, is get your wash routine...
Working on spot pads when I asked James. Have ordered pads as I preferred the flat pad to the hex in the end. Can see the polishes either working well with the kit or not at all.

ordering all the pads and polishes separately ypu can get them for 52 if added in the right order. it doesnt just take the cheapest items off automatically
gtechniq c4 is probably what youre referring to, but if you cant be bothered to wipe off excess product, then the prep this product needs it is not for you
all chemicals will be removed prior to polishing. Any oils or polish residue will normally get an ipa wipedown at the end of all the correction. then badges would be re fitted
If you're not worried about the over polishing, removing too much clear coat of one section, as said in my post which you say it is not, i I miss where this is going to affect the final finish. Therefore your gripe is with them clearly showing what the can acheive, a promotion of what they are...
Form what I've seen of the 'pro's' correcting, the tape is for one stage of the correction. when all that panel has been done with said compound, the tape is generally removed and the whole panel started again with a lower cut. Therefore the line is removed.

That's quite interesting! I've never used it on it's own, but typically after washing and before tar remover and it still pulls out contaminants so wouldn't have thought any existing wax layers would hinder its performance too much, well I hope anyway
