Damn - my mate just sold his yesterday - otherwise could have had that
2 MAJOR issues with them - one the lenses aren't very well sealed and you get dust on the sensor quite easily. Though obviously not an issue below F14 or so
The other is that the aperture blades can stick - so if you whack...
Yes - if you're already on a domain through the windows 2008 server - just add an A record for 'intranet' and the ip address of the machine
You'll have to go to intranet.[domain name] in your browser but it's better than ip address
So for instance if your domain is called 'workdomain' you...
If you've managed to get all 4 wheels to completely lock up at the same time - then you're driving like a tool or in road conditions that are completely unsuitable. Usually at least one wheel will have SOME grip
ABS allows you to turn the car while stopping - it's a massive aid on ice as it's...
Not done much this year :(
My most popular on flickr seems to be this

The one I enjoyed taking the most was this... (LOL)

I'm actually pretty glad you've broken the OCD cycle
I had to do the same - constantly buying the very best camera gear, and trying to buy the absolute best I could for the car has meant this last year I've only done 1 track day. Utter lunacy and my mates slapped me about a bit.
Sold all my...
Pic 8 for me is fantastic - love the street style fish eye stuff
The shots of the bridge and everything are lovely it's just that they've been done sooooo many times now they all look identical :(
Well it's been a while since I've updated this but...
The bilsteins are off and sold. I spent a few weeks/months changing my mind between AST's and KW V2's - I want to keep the car road legal again for another year as I want to do a monaco/swiss alps/ring/spa trip next year in it - so decided...
Canon 1000D or 1100D is exactly what you should be going for
I like nikon but their budget stuff is shite - all that garbage about no focus motor in the body so lenses cost more. When you buy a cheap nikon body they hammer you with lens prices and then the lenses won't work on bigger bodies...
Oh yeah! hahaha
It'll drop about an inch or two with the handbrake off - it'll also settle another 3-5mm in the first week
When I first fitted my billies I set it where I wanted it and then a week later it was nearly scrubbing so I had to wind them back up a bit
Hahahaha I wrote a reply out saying "have you taken the handbrake off and bounced it a bit?" but thought suuuuurely he'll have done that so deleted it LOL
Yes they've lost my business permanently sadly. If they were priced at £500 then they're not bad - but nearly £900 for non adjustable billies with faulty seals in is ridiculous.
Yeah I would still have done ITB's eventually as the noise and power delivery is awesome - but I'd always...
Hahaha it's not really about how they drive - it's just pure value for money they aren't worth it IMHO unless your racing in the tin tops and need to squeeze the last 0.4s out of a lap
It's cost me £3-3.5k for the bodies for 195bhp and some pornographic noise
But I settled on coilovers that...
LOL I fully understand that ITB's give you more torque lower down and the peak rpm over a more usable range
HOWEVER cams and a remap - you're looking £1200. ITB's and a remap - you're looking 3k minimum
I still don't think on a road car that wants a bit more oomph that it's worth spending...
Ahhh I'm glad it didn't end up costing too much mate - my OCD would have driven me nuts knowing one was freshly rebuilt and the other 3 were old lol
I have issues :(
I'd actually disagree with this
I have Jenveys + Omex, got 195bhp. I've seen quite a few cars on here now with cams hitting 190bhp.
Cams cost about half what the ITB's do
The ITB's do sound really nice and you get a sharp throttle - but it's not, in my opinion, worth the extra £1500+
I'd whack...
Bit of an update to anyone thats interested
Spent the week watching videos of Clios on KW V2's including a quite impressive 8:38 lap of the ring with a standard engine and interior - I've decided to give the KW's a crack
Unfortunately Lewis had some problems removing the AST's and damaged...
Woooo never mind - 2 nights of searching on here and google and found this http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?542635-172-hubs-on-182-with-cup-packs&p=7208238&viewfull=1#post7208238

http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?500857-Wishbone-part-numbers
That claims the wishbones are identical for 172/172cup/182/182cup/trophy
Wishbone RH - 8200257957
Wishbone LH - 8200257956
Track Rod End RH - 7701474492
Track Rod End LH - 7701474493
In what way mate?
I read the 172 cup and 182 cup both run 3degrees of caster, and been told the driveshafts are the same length so I assumed that the wishbones would be the same
I looked on eurocarparts and k-tec and kam racing etc... and they say the wishbones fit all 172/182s...
Does anyone on here have access to parts codes for Clios?
Basically I'm planning on swapping my 172 Cup front hubs to 182 Cup hubs so I can fit some AST's I'm buying
I've got a reg plate for a 182 Trophy/Cup - and I've got my reg plate
I wondered if someone could check wishbone, track...
