Racing blue can be a sod to pc as the colour highlights micromarring - ultra fine swirls induced by the pc and normally invisible on say a metallic colour.

I've got a gilmour but the real 'clingy foam' comes from davidg's and shooters foam lance attatchments for a pressure washer.
Same price as a gilmour but gilmour runs from an ordinary hose so less hassle!!

Don't get me wrong it will get there but expect 2-3 days to get it how you want it. A rotary will halve that time :)
Guys how long do you spend washing your cars I can go 6 months with only inducing minor swirls but it does take me an hour and a half to do a basic wash lol!!
Is there such a thing as a 182cup? I know they did the 182 with cup packs etc but never knew a specific182 cup was made - bar that joke of a marketing dream ;)

Only when you use a rotary at too high speeds. By 'mopping' a panel at high speeds it creates huge variances in paint thickness by trying to cut the paint too fast.
I have cut the worst defects out of paint by using a slow cut tecnique which involves about 1200rpm and the panel only becomes...
I can recommemd quite a few places dependant on where you are in Scotland, I would be surprised if you had any noticiable fading though as the paint is clearcoated.
