LOL
Ive had a 106 GTi and a 306 Rallye, and although they aint perfect they were both a LOT better than the Clio with regards to build quality & reliability!!!
You do realise that the GTi-6 has also got climate, several airbags, auto-wipers, etc... and is fully loaded as well?!
The Rallye has b*gger all, it dont even get an alarm! :o
So its not a massive weight saving between the GTi-6 and the Rallye...
Actually I am rather impressed they managed to keep a reasonable level of spec on the Cup and still save 89kg over the 172.
The 306 Rallye has f*ck all and is very basic spec wise, yet even minus all that stuff its still only 52kg lighter than a GTi-6! :o
So think what they "could" have...
LOL
Thats what im like after coming from a 306 Rallye...
It aint no "stripped out racer" like some peeps think and they should try a Rallye out to see what its really like! ;)
This sucks!
I was told that the 172 exhaust was stainless steel and lasts for ages, but apparently thats not the case?!
Theres no way a standard factory exhaust should be f*cked after only 2 years (or less in some cases) and Ive had cars in the past where the standard zorst...
According to Renault its called "Mossa Grey" which is a dark grey colour.
