Cheers Tom and the rest of you for the comments. Well I have done about 350 miles in the car today to Wales and over the Brecons and I am pleased to say I can still feel my backside, the seats are a dream!

Should point out the Thumb grips on the wheel are not simply leather over the existing rubber ones. They are shaped Leather Grips made to fit the wheel :)

My Guess would be either 1) Really crap Discs / Pads / Fluid and you are suffering Brake Fade when the Brakes get hot. 2) Glazed Pads where they have not been cycled correctly during bedding it.
