Jon - They did have "some" new un-registered Cups in the UK when you ordered yours, but only 8 according to the system (on that particular date), which were dealer allocated and I managed to get one of those!

Its not a Renault Sport Chip... its an R-Sport ECU and they are only available for the Clio Cup and can be got direct from R-Sport on - (0208) 540 7366

I got a Viper for my Cup and theres a definate difference and it sounds awesome! Was gonna get a panel filter, but managed to get the Viper cheap.

Was easier to do on the 106 cam covers, but its the same principal. If I do it, Ill give you a shout and you can buzz over.

So we both got a bargain... ;) The red on the Viper would suit a silver car, but looks a bit odd against Cup blue and as soon as I fitted it I was like "hmmm... that needs changing" so I think it will be getting done soon. Might have a pop at polishing the inlet one day too.

Similar story when I had my 106 GTi... Went to a 106 vs Saxo RR shoot-out and my nearly standard 106 GTi made more power than both the Saxo VTSs with the LAD conversions! :o Although I did have 141.3bhp @ fly! :D

I polished the cam covers on my 106 GTi myself and that looked great, so I think I may have a go with the Clio...

You wont need new brakes at all and unless youre tyres were worn to start with, they wont need replacing either...

By keeping my eyes out for a 2nd hand one... They do crop up on here now & again, so thats how I got mine!
