Vvt solenoid seal as silent scone said above. Its the thing with the wire and 10mm bolt on it in the picture, once you have undone the bolt pull the solenoid out. Then prise the seal out and replace it.

As Raz said above most likely air in the system, Could be a sticking thermostat. I will see how my DCI 100 gauge works tomorrow never took any notice of it tbh lol

^^No buy brand new tuner from Fastchip which comes unlocked, connect to your car take screen shot of ecu software and cal. Then send an email to henk with screen shot attatched and your order number from when you puchased the tuner, stating you want the 98 ron map and Henk will send it to you...
