Got AST's on mine, Been out on Track twice with them and no issues what so ever. Not had any problems with them moving the clamping action of the 3 m4/m5 bolts seems to be well up to the job IMO.

Yes it is, Easy if you remove the Air bag, But i managed it without.... Uased a Tea Spoon rather than a Screw Driver as it was not as sharp. Best way is to prise it up from the bottom then slide it out and down.
