Exactly the same issue on mine, started as just a Vibration noise like a loose washer or something, Now its stupid loud. Got my mate who used to work at ATS to have a quick look, My Heat Shield is loose but the noise is the Baffles in the center box that have gone.

+ 1 Although if i am doing a Big wash on a very dirty car, i use 1" Snow Foam, Topped up with 1" of Car Shampoo then fill the bottel up with warm water for a super thick foam

I have the KW V2's on mine and find them very good, Although I am running with it set to hardest Damping its still not really an issue. I get some major scrubbing though under hard cornering at the front.

I have just fitted DS2500 front and Rear Pads, Brembo HC front Disks and Standard Rear disks. Awesome set up IMO, stopping is so much better now.

Its not the Mounts as they are less than 6 months old. I would imagine if it was the Water pump it would be a constant noise?
