Nice 182, lovely colour, but tbh not a fan of the tints, and also get some standard side repeaters back on there! Clear FTW not smoked. I like your side badges as they are, but each to their own.
Also on your list you seem to be doing all this
Alloy wheel refurb £100
New gearbox mount £50...
Damn Parkers is wrong then, as it said for my 53 Plate 172 its 1035kg.... Thinking about it Im sure in my manual it says a similar figure.
Hopefully this is right then

Looking at swapping my 172 to a 182.
Noticed on Parkers that the kerb weight on a 172 is 1035kg, but on a 182 its 1090kg ? Where does all the extra weight come from? I was shocked as I thought the removal of the spare wheel would make it lighter....
All comments welcome.
If only my black 172 was so clean and shiny!. Ideally it gets down once a week, but weather and work can get in the way. I washed it on Saturday and then on Saturday night this sandy rain sh!te (you must know the sort) fell from the sky and now its closer to brown than black!
i have Brembo HC Discs and EBC Green Stuff pads for £110 and fitted myself. Supreme Dot 4 Fluid too, nice improvement over standard, apparently braided lines are a further improvement.
Unbelievable amount to spend on insurance
£4700 paid lump sum or add 10% if paying mothly is £5170!
So do the maths...
£4700 works out at £12.80 per day
£5170 works out at £14.16 per day!
Ludracious.

Really? I thought that, but just found this site, if you build your plates, select road legal and its let you do them, £28 a pair too.
As above really, after some pics of black clio 1*2 with black (old style) plates, with white/silver lettering. Im sure it's not legal (even though they used to be on all cars) but i reckon i'd look mint.
Thanks In Advance
I'm on my new XPS M1530 now - and its awesome! Its so quick and it looks the bee's knee's too. Black cover and chrome keys/inside. Well impressed with DELL so far.
Looking at an XPS System now, decided a 17" widescreen would be too big, so speccing up a nice XPS 15.4" bad boy. Cheap price too with the 10% code from www.hotukdeals.com
the XPS is a little more than i want to spend, the only real difference is the graphics card and a bit more processing power, i wont be gaming heavily on it. for what i need the INSPIRON will be good enough, i can upgrade the processor/memory and have a 17" screen instead of a 15.4" and still be...
Anyone got one ? Good ? Bad ?
Looking at purchasing my first ever laptop, Dell seem to be cheap and quite good value for money, will be used to internet/poker/mailing/burning etc. Not gaming, will continue to use a desktop for that.
DELL have the Inspiron Series with what i have speced up...
My sidelights are yellow, which look pants with the Xenons on, what sidelights can I get that are true white? Also front indicator bulbs, where can i source some clear ones from, as the egg oranges one i have at the minute also look pants!
I'm sure I have heard silvervisions or something similar...

Ok its expensive to buy and to run, and will probably break down, but the noise, looks and performance are all worth it! My mate had his for 2 months, and sold it at a 2k profit!
Silver 182, lowered, French Plates, 53 Plate, aftermarket exhaust.
Having some nice motorsport with a Black Civic Type R (where I was)
and a 106 GTi... Good run, just wish I was out in the 172 last night!
