you going to use awg sizes or mm2? not just the make up of the conductor(e.g you just described a flexable conductor)
did you take into account grouping factors??
well looking at the cable going to the iso connector doesn't look like 4mm2 or 12awg but hell what do i know(i've never seen...
lol it's all about the current carrying capacity of the conductor
i don't give a f**k if it "can" be connected into the wiring of the ISO that doesn't make it ok
alpine obviously did research to add the need to connect it strait to the battery (the dc-dc converter with the hu has a 20A fuse in...
yeah i got the 9815 looks similar but has got a better screen and better internals.
still going strong now and i can't find a better alpine to replace it
i'm running a pair of 400w subs off a 1000w amp set to about 1200w.lol
you can basicly use any amp to run any speaker (within reason) as long as it's setup right you won't have any problems
one of my pet hates it when wiring kits are sold by there power rating rather than the csa of the power cables:mad:
manly because a class a amp will pull more current than a class d @ the same output powers.
sorry rant over.
but yeah a 8 awg would probably do you
need to build a new pc as mine seems to have died (think it's the mother board)
so i'm trying to find some good websites to order the parts for a new pc
