So does TimO?! I was under the impression that the RSport ECU would only fit the Cup and NOT a "normal" 172 as it has no function to drive the aircon, ABS, etc... or have I heard wrong?! p.s. Whats this double richness then???

Its not just paintwork, as the full treatment does your interior too... Got it thrown in for nowt on my 106 GTi and it was actually quite good! No need to ever polish the car, just wash as normal & the water just drops off top leave a great shine. Also protects against bird sh!t & stuff like...

What do the stars mean and how do you get them anyway?!

WOW!!! :D What a superb car and that colour is fantastic! Looks good in photos, but you never get a real feel for it, so seeing it in action gives you a reaal picture and has now made me like it even more. Remember, he said the Clio is cool and the V6 would be in his top 10 garage...

I had Diamond Bright on my 106 GTi and it was great! Just wash the thing and it looked as though youd polished it, plus it kept the leather seats in really good condition.

Yes you can! Go to http://www.renault.co.ukwww.renault.co.uk and then configure a new Clio. You can pick blue or silver and there is climate control as a £650 option too! In the UK the Cup is definately available in Iceberg silver!

Nah, its not that low... He told me it was a percentage discount, so I did the figures and worked out that a Cup was about £10,300 and a 172 about £11,700 These need to be confirmed yet, but thats a good chunk off new price!

Unfortunately that aint gonna happen... :cry: I reckon it would be better as that way you can build the car you really want.

Yeah, there is a big margin to play with as my mate is sales manager of our local Renault dealer (& his Dad owns it), so I asked him how much discount I could have... Trust me, they can do them for a lot less than list! ;)
