Deffo no oil when I was behind. I was well excited when I told my sister that I'm Sure it's a sport disguised as a dci :) de badged and that.
She gave me the nod and smile of not interested, Then she told me a road driving story about a clio that was rapid and chased her and her fella for a...
Battery wired to master.
The 3rd turn will be provided by the push start however you'll still need key.
I'd say still use a key otherwise immobiliser issues are a drama.
Disconnect or splice the 3rd turn wire (red id imagine) as in my new diagram to push start relay.
This will help...
If you wanted you could have it in the footwell. If it's for extra security then a hidden spot is ideal but not ideal really if you like to blip the car jump in a turn ;) I have no Renault ecu what so ever so I am mounting it to the dash inline with an after market immobilizer system keyless...
Makes sense now i think,
The momentary (i.e push start) has to goto the starter solenoid (massive relay) as if it was a live 12v constant then the starter would still be going as if you held they key in 3rd turn position.
And the Z part of the master switch is (coil) where a constant 12v...
Namabuki - Sort of a little help but doesn't go into a clearer level if that makes sense.
Ourboy - Yes the bottom of the switch has 4 prongs and on my pic at the top those close when the main switch is opened allowing back EMF or back charge upon closure so it protects the alt :)
Im pretty...
A bit of guidance as I understand where I'm going with this but auto electrics is slightly different to my component level understanding :) and not something I want to get wrong.
A diagram of my view
Would this work the starter circuit?
Im sure you'd need 1 relay as the starter also has a...
As above how is this done with the engine in place? Auxiallary set up is out but the pully And pump housing is killing me! Almost there but just can't squeeze it!
Help appreciate
Thanks
I used a BZP M6 machine screw with a penny washer 50mm then once tightened i hacksawed of the remainder to about 30mm length.
I came in from the steering rack side towards the arb. Using the mole grips made it easy and then if it did get stuck i tapped it with a hammer on back of the bolt
i just this moment accomplished this feat. I used mole grips and patience. it took 20mins ish. Longer screw just so i can catch the other end with a nut
Ive not had this on the car for a few years now with the pipe cut under the wheel arch. Yesterday I traced it back and it looks as though it acts as a fuel tank breather function? Is this correct?
If so, is this how the fuel return is used? Also further more to this discovery the pipe has worn...
