The laser cam locking tool is pump iirc as someone on here said.
Where it is measured for torque in da.nm that means you need to x10
For example 2.2da.nm = 22nm torque and I'm not sure there in any angular torque involved...
It's part of the auxiliary setup mate not the crank, just take the tension using the alternator if a cup remove belt and remove the star bolts as well as removing the coolant hose swap over pulley onto new one and reverse steps
Edit, well it does come of the crank pully but not part of the...
3 base dependant on paint type and 2-3 clear. Candys and pearls I do 3 ish to the point I'm happy the colour is decent enough. More clear the more you can buff. Enamel is bake job ideally and if it's garage spraying then it's hazardous and environmental ppl might ask questions if you have a...

I get this when after time the boddies need a good balance as over time the give in the adjusters for throttle on each 6kg of air /hour slips. Then it's runs like a dog slightly :p
However on topic I have the omex floppy wired one and it seems like its doing a good job.
Ha yes he was :p my misinterpretation.
The idle speed control valve right? It's not a necessity tho?
Ive been reading the sticky on building your own turbo and it was great :)
Thanks for all your help.
Cheers for the replies, and info on the spark vs fuel table. This is not really going to be a problem as I will be moving on from this. True stick with what you already got but it's nice to have a change and I really only young once (27) and the money is decent so it's nice to explore the...
Wag 1 - that's good new but I'm lead to believe now that I have the basic loom with out map that omex made. So it'll be the install the map up to the existing loom or rebuild one
And that way I can include auxiliary cabling too
T.trophy and Ryan j - no as I can see it becoming more unreliable...
Evening,
I have a few questions about going from itb's to a turbo conversion. It's a 172 mk2 with jenvey boddies and omex 600 management,
1. Can I use the existing loom that omex uses (injectors etc)
2. Can I keep the omex sensors?
3. Can I use the brake servo pipe that is now attached to...

Theres a sneak at it here. As I said, light out, slide forward. Needing the bumper off to access the light bolts and then undoing the top mount. 65nm torque needed. Weight...
Although it is a technology chat, why not also make it history orientated ;)
I remember someone asking for certain papers on writings to help with a degree they were writing for.
So i have now got aload of papers that may come in useful.
