i had sportslines for few months and they were fine, coilovers were fine too imo but on a long journey/s**te roads then I would stick to the springs, the look is completely different though so you cant really compare the 2
id be more concerned as to how much warranty you get for your money, paying £40 for a battery is all well and good if it only lasts 1.5 years and has a 1 year warranty (not saying yours are in your area marksman) you're back to square one
I'm not referring to your aftermarket. I'm talking about the original vehicle stereo. You need to know whether it's tuner list or update list. Pm me when you have the info
My bad didnt read :clown: Can add stalks though if you wanna get a bit DIY. When I say about bluetooth I mean for handsfree,
Ipod you can get either just aux-in or proper ipod connection which will allow charging and model dependant control artist, playlist, track, composer, genre, etc

thats post can bus, thats k-bus, its down to people buying poor quality brand audio which are not supplied with iso harnesses and then just plugging straight in, the powered antenna wire is on the k bus line on vag cars which with poor quality diagnostic equipment can cause them to blow
yup thats the idea, with audi for example using something such as VCDS you can check each speaker line is working and complete-much easier than pulling apart the car to trace a cable that might or might not be an issue
Why did you want to do it?
Aftermarket run on resistive but its never the same as oem and each manufacturer is different
google it, theres plenty out there about it
You cannot do it, the system relates to everything in the car, you either have resistive or can, forget the idea, its not worth the time etc. what are you trying to gain out of it?
You will get power and audio but no display or stalks. Tuner list work on a resistive system, button input from stalks affects voltage and goes to display to replicate info then to the stereo ecu and back to the stereo.
Can bus works on a data system consisting of 1s and 0s like a pc interprets...
Why waste your time gambling when there are proven products out there?

These only work for update list, if you havent got it then you need the full interface at £30+
Re: Good aftermarket headunit which is compatible with the steering wheel control....
You might as well give up the search for the lead as its not available anymore unless someone has it in stock.
Re: Centre Console Carbon Fibre Wrapping On Clio iii 197 any 1 done it? any Tips than
you will need to file the mk3 dash trims flat at due to their bobbly nature you will just catch air bubbles underneath all along it and need to redo it every 5 mins
If its for the vehicle in your avatar, you dont need any adapters, if you buy aftermarket and buy co-ax you must d/c the tweeters, or do it the right way and buy comps and fit it all in. In order to connect up cut of the original plug and get spade terminals.
Its in protect because there is an issue with your speakers, it wont let you use the stereo again until you sort it, its to stop damage to the headunit
