you wont get the best out of the amp if you dont use a splitter, you wouldnt be able to hook up both subs unless the amp was 2ohm stable withouth the splitter
either purchase a phono splitter or just connect one phono lead to it but it will mean you will only be able to connect your sub to one of your amp channels and not bridge it
i just noticed your last line on the opening post about most ipod friendly.the pioneer brings up the menu almost identical to an ipod,
circle with 4 buttons on it and a separate small display showing what currently playing and another box showing track listings, etc
youll need a line output converter if your going to amp them.
again youll need to disconnect the rears in order to accomodate this but if you get a 4 channel amp then you can have both the rears and 6x9s attached but if its your standard rears its a waste of time hooking up
central dash will keep time and date,no radio station info.youll also lose it from the one above the wheel.
i wouldnt know if the stalk and display adapter will keep the wheel display as its relatively new.
depends where you get it from but just cut off the plug and solder on a length of cable rated highly enough and then make sure to add an inline fuse then splice into a feed from the fusebox.
depends where you want the plug i had mine in my clio underneath the dash cable tied in place
