Ive changed mine as it was a cheap option does it need to be cleared of the ecu? It dident make much difference when i changed it

Yea I did read up a while ago about stock parts are more up to the job :) can anyone tell me what bushes ect ars on the front end so I can look them up I might just replace them all and make it nice and fresh

Brilliant thanks mate :) worth replacing bushes with lowerflex? Or just use oem ones? I already have a powerflex dogbone but want everthing to feel to stiff I have 2 ball joints in the shed I might replace them over the weekend :)

Wanting to replace a few bits on the front end to try cure some of the knocks clonks ect can anyone give me ideas of what can be replaced to stop the horrible noises? Ino its french and its a clio but I love it so dont mind spending money on it :) also when going over drain covers that dip down...

Hi everyone basicly all weekend ive been eyeing up the throttle body kit on the ktec website Im tempted to buy the kit with the ecu aswell but want to save money on fitting them my self! Im no mechanic but see they have a video and step by step on ktec to fit these are they that hard to fit ect...

Not that ive noticed tbh motorway I get about 32mpg? Maybe 35mpg I no my throttle body is as noisy as the one in that video ino there a bit noisy but that seems a bit to noisy tbh

Sorry to bump a old thread but my throttle body is doing exactly what the video does and my car cuts out the same as u explain yours did u find the problem?

Were is the crank sensor? What would be best to clean it with?

Ah erm maybe because the ps pump uses power from the engine plus my power steering feels pretty heavy

Forgot to mention aswell when my heaters are on ect some times when I dip the clutch it sounds like the heaters go quiet then make a noise again when taking foot off clutch

Mines still doing it mate quiet deadly now that I might stop driving it untill its sorted I was going round a one way system erlier and as I dipped the clutch to change gear going round a bend the car cut out and almost had a car go into the back off me got the middle finger by the car behind...

Is the power steering ok? Might be power steering pump but sayin that when I had the belts done on my 172 cup it sounded like a supercharger at low speeds so might be the belt might be a bit tight

Clios make all kind of noises its french lol mine rattles too havent had time to pull engine forward yet
