The exhaust will flow better and smoke equal from both pipes . It will also hang better doing away with crap Renault hangers .
Biggest issue with exhausts on 182 is getting them to sit straight .
Friend did it ...I was going to wait few weeks to do the tracking as progressive springs will change until the settle so I don't see point in doing it on initial set up . Felt everything was fine after and never bothered .
Doesn't sound like driveshaft . Make sure all wheels on properly sounds similar to a noise I once had when garage didn't tighten my wheel .
The fuel rail guard can make some strange noises at low speeds abd take off if not tightened properly
When I replaced my clutch a few months ago with similar problems to you I also had bad noise from the clutch fork and had the bushes inside thst changed at the same time .

Even when fitted well exhausts are under huge stress they seem to move from cat and middle section on 182s.
Obviously make sure you use a genuine cat to manifold kit
The shaft is not much more than £100. Thing with the cv boots is they can be filled back up but once broken and crap gets into them it's only natter time before they play up again . Filling the cv boot and sealing it again isn't a long term fix . Renault tried thst In the early days and cars...
When u can push a new clutch down with pinky then it's not heavy in any way . It's unbelievable how heavy these clutches become and still work and perform but you do notice a huge difference with a new clutch fitted
Mines was doing this . Turned out release bearing was sticking on input shaft. Is your clutch also really heavy ? These clutches shouldn't be that heavy I can push my new valeo clutch down with 1 finger
