Seems unlikely. It took Rockstar North 3 years to get their heads around the 360/PS3. They don't knock them out every year like most 'franchises' these days, and they're much better because of it.

Not a fair comparison - the guy on the right is older, so has more frown lines. Also, graphics are so good nowadays it's all becoming much of a muchness.
