I'll be able to do that tomorrow,actually. What I don't get is when its all put together it looks the same as when it's come loose.The rubber washer and nut that you can see are in the same position in relation to the threaded bar of the strut. And yet the nut underneath is loose !

Threads all appear to be fine on the nuts.And the car is still driving straight and true,but with this rattle. I'll check it again at work tomorrow and see if they are loose again.

I have recently had my front shocks changed. On test there was a rattling noise from the front of the car that was not there before,and when checked we found that the first nut that screws into the top,on the threaded bar, was loose. These were tightened again (they were already tight holding...

Feel all of your carpets. Use the back of your hand and make sure the car is not warm inside when you do. There could be a leak from the heater matrix,if that's possible.

As above. They have been on my 182 Cup for about 10k and they did totally transform the way the car handles and feels. But.... ...Maybe I am getting old.I think I still prefer the way the car was on OE springs...just seemed a little softer. Where's the best place to source the OE...

I tried a new sim card in my N95 (which is on Orange in the UK...bought 2nd hand but I've been with them for 7 years) whilst in China last week.The phone just say's 'sim invalid'. Does this mean my phone is locked and can only be used on Orange? If so how do I 'unlock' it?

Had the front top mounts done yesterday and I can feel a vibration through the steering at all speeds.It's very slight but I don't think it's balancing as there was no vibration before. A chap off CS has told me that it could be that the tracking is now out and I agree with what he has told me...

Why is it that on my N95 I can see more posts from my friends than I can on my PC? For example...on my N95 I can go to a friends page and keep on clicking 'show more posts' to see everything they have posted.But on my PC it shows the most recent post and a few from a long time ago...nothing...
