Only redeeming feature about this s**t tip are the seats. Wonder if you could break even breaking it at £1200?
Got a couple of quotes
First was £390+vat
Second £260+vat
add on £20 for a new light and I think the chap has got off lightly. He's agreed to pay, just waiting on the quotes to send him and for the money to be transferred.
Cheers for the replies. I'm taking it to a couple of body shops this aft. Will see what the outcome is. Ideally I don't want a new panel welding on, Don't like the idea of it being off etc.
Car got tapped earlier by a VW Crafter :( The chap has said he will pay to have it sorted. Does this look like it will push out and tidy up or is it new rear quarter time?
I'm in the Dave camp when it comes to washing. Muck for protection. if you enjoy it, wash your car once a week etc, I just got bored and onlywash my car when its getting my hands mucky opening the door.
My little brother bought an XPS15 l502x or whatever its called. They are impressive for the cash. So much so I bought my mum one. She reckons its brilliant too. The mothers was about £400inc vat and delivery when they had a refurb offer on.
Is your wheel loose?
Mine had a knackered hub when I bought it and the knocking noise was there when you turned. The wheel was loose and you could pull out the studs without undoing.
Mine have got polish marks and on, they don't seem to clean up very well either.
Is there a cleaner to use on these? or would getting them sprayed and laquered be a better option?
My door pulls have gone a bit manky. Well the drivers side is all scratched and the passenger side one has gone tacky.
Is there a way to revive them or just bin and buy new?
