Got a couple of quotes First was £390+vat Second £260+vat add on £20 for a new light and I think the chap has got off lightly. He's agreed to pay, just waiting on the quotes to send him and for the money to be transferred.

Is your wheel loose? Mine had a knackered hub when I bought it and the knocking noise was there when you turned. The wheel was loose and you could pull out the studs without undoing.

The XPS15 & XPS17 on Dell outlet are fantastic value IMO. £700 for an i7 with blueray, seperate gfx card, 8gb ram. Cant go wrong for 700notes.

Mine have got polish marks and on, they don't seem to clean up very well either. Is there a cleaner to use on these? or would getting them sprayed and laquered be a better option?

We have a 65&80. Both were about 2k and both needed £500 or so just making them right. Decent cars though.

You know it's been tested to see if it's got 200bhp every time its been driven.. Knowing what I know now, I'd avoid!

Fixed the front full beam. Someone had installed the bulbs incorrectly.

Correct! My stepdad is mates with his dad, that's how I found it. A good 18months I believe, Bit more work than I envisaged to sort it though.

New rear lights,exhaust,cambelt,water pump,service, etc etc! I have a feeling it's a bit more than 1200.
