    The 540 does a 6.8 here, probably quicker as thats BMWs claimed time with a 68kg driver, 7kg luggage and a 90% full tank ,but whether thats at sea level or up here at altitude, Im not sure.     How much of a delay? Is there no way to get rid of the delay as i like listening to dance and with the tracks merging it would sound really odd with the slight delay

    The fuel is just plain rubbish...its ok for your 1.2 run around but for highly tuned engines is just not on. I could get hold of some 102 racing fuel but I think that is leaded. At the coast I could get 97 but the 0-60 time for the 172 there is only 7.78 which I can only attribute to fuel...

    Ive thought about nitrous but Im not totally convinced it wont kill the engine a lot earlier because of the crappy fuel here Toolmantim had nitrous and he was saying it wore the cogs very badly

    Pioneer HU fitting

    Ok I think Ive decided on the Pioneer DEH-7400MP HU for my 172. Just a few questions. Will I need to get a wiring harness to fit the HU or is it ISO standard and will just plug straight into the car? Thanks

    Every Clio Ive owned (2) have made the clonking / squeaking noise when turning on full lock. I think its just part of the built and I live with it!

    Wheel swop

    Yep the two alternatives are TSW, the bottom ones being Imolas and the top ones being Hockenheim R. Ill try get some pics of the wheels on the car and post them. They look of from a distance but up close I really dont like the studs. ps. GR they did stop making them.
