So I travelled all the way from West London to Swansea today to pick up my new car.
2007 Renaultsport Megane R26 in Ultra Red.
42,000 miles, looks lovely. £6400
these are the pics from the for sale ad.
I will be detailing the car at some point and will take some pics.
Need to...
After a few weeks of a horrible noise coming from the back of the car, it was diagnosed that it was a faulty wheel bearing. So I got them fitted on today and here is the faulty wheel bearing. Not looking very good at all.
Now the car sounds normal again. So nice. But I had my drivers side...
17:50 at Gillette Corner, the Blue 172 (Cup) flashed me, the others just thought I was mental flashing them!
Any of you on here?
I was in the Racing Blue 182 with white wheels.
I was asked by my mate to give his Prelude a going over with a machine polisher.
He told me that it was a rare car, because of the colour, Bordeaux Red.
Anyway he dropped off the car and it was in a bit of a state, there was no reflection in the paint and it was very dull and cloudy...
Had a bit of a challenge on my hands today, was asked by my Girlfriends nan if I could have a go at cleaning her Silver Saab 93 Convertable (soft top). It was in quite a state, the fabric roof was covered in moss and dirt and the bodywork was covered in tar spots.
Couple of befores:

Unfortunately a stone hit my windscreen as I was driving down the motorway yesterday and has put a crack about a foot long in it. So it's going to need replacing.
Can anyone recommend a good company please.
Thanks.
I've been asked to clean my Girlfriends nans Saab 93 convertible soft top, the car is in ok condition but the fabric roof is pretty bad, very dirty and has moss growing on it.
Any suggestions on the best way to tackle it.
Thanks.

Drove to Bath at the weekend and on the way home the car started making a sort of whirring noise.
Kind of like the car was working harder than it should be. The car now feels quite sluggish around town.
Now today the Service light and Airbag light have come on.
Any ideas what this could be...
I had yesterday off and was asked by my girlfriends brother to do his Alfa.
The car is coming up to 10 years old and the paintwork wasn't too bad, but it was covered in stone chips and bird poo etching.
Anyway here's what I did ( Sorry no before pics, I started early and completely forgot to...
Seen a few tweets on twitter about Tesco selling iPads for £50.
I imagine it was a pricing error. But I can't find any news about. Anybody else heard anything??
Oh, and congratulations if you managed to get one if it is true.
Seeing as it was such a lovely day I thought I would finish machine polishing the Cup.
I had completed the front of the car last week but run out of light to finish the whole car.
I started by cleaning the wheels with Auto Finesse Imperial, left to soak then agitated with a brush.
Rinsed off...
Saw this advertised last night in the south east section on here and thought it would be a good morning.
Some of the machinery on show was amazing.
I took some photos for you all. There were a couple of clios anyone from here?
And one for the Jap boys.
There was also a...
I had a go at machine polishing my RB 182 at the weekend, was my first time and I thought it went well. But I struggled to get rid of some of the swirls.
Can you recommend a good pad and polish combo for light swirls.
Currently using Menzerna Orange and White pads and Menzerna polish 2500 and...
A12 into London around 12ish
Mark fish Motorsport sticker on the back.
Think there were recaros in there as well.
Looked good.
Drive past in my bros van.
Good looking girl. ;)
I have decided to upgrade my crappy cup interior for the half leather interior.
Before I go and collect my new seats, can someone just please confirm that they will fit in my 182!
I don't really want a wasted journey. Also will the door cards fit?
Thanks
Warren.
