2 Cars i've had out of the trader
Impreza Sport - asking price = £1950, i offerd him £1300 after going to see it...he didnt accept, we haggled and met at £1500
My CLio DCi - Asking price £2255 - i offered £1800 after going to see it, we haggled and met at £1900
i hate paying full price for...
I have just bought a 2002 Clio DCi , one problem i noticed is that the Temperature reading on the Dash display (the ambient temperature on the Radio LCD screen) is wrong - it's constantly on 53'C.....where is the sensor and how do i fix it? is it a dodgey wire or something?
cheers
not sure - but, if i had to guess, i'd say yes....saves the manufacturer the cost of re-designing the airbag for every model in the range....
but dont quote me on that
1 = One
10 = Ten
100 = One Hundred
1,000 = One Thousand
10,000 = 10 Thousand
90,000 = Ninety Thousand!
jesus mate, dont ever write a cheque out to anyone!!
with our without a coma but with the same ammount of Zero's it's ALWAYS going to be Ninety thousand
I've just bought this, i'd like to know if i got a bargain.
you tell me what you think it's worth and i'll tell you how much i paid for it.
Clio DCi 1.5 Diesel 2002 (52 Plate) 12 Months MOT TAX=6 Months
90,000K Miles
check your back springs IN DETAIL - i have a MK2 Ph1 and i had done 115K miles before i deceided to lower the car......i took the back springs off to find that 1 had broken completely at the base and 1 was split on the end! it would have failed an MOT, now with the new springs it feels ace
I have a MK2 Ph1 clio and i lowered it 35mm using P.I Springs, it was so easy! i started at 9am finished for Half 12 same day
P.S I also have a BRAND NEW set of P.I 35mm Lowering springs for sale (NEVER BEEN USED) £50 if you want them
Suspension housing is bent, causing the chassis to flex and thus splitting the drive shaft - only way around it is to get your car Jigged and pull the suspension housing back into line.............well thats what it sounds like, i had a similar problem on a Fiesta
The same thing happend to my uncle, he replaced what he though was an Engine mount.......turned out he'd just bolted on a T35 Garret turbo!!!!! lol how silly maybe thats what you've done LOL>
sorry
bah, the last recorded mileage is on the old MOT i'll tell the buyer it's got high mileage and i have wads and wads of history with the car proving the mileage
Matt matt mattty matty mat mat LOL
if anything yo'll gain power, i did it to an escort i had and because there was nothing restricting the gas flows through the exhaust it seemed like it took off a lot quicker! it didnt feel like it lost power
anways my clio that i have now has no middle...
i have not had 1 minutes trouble with the engine since i bought it, it's been absolutely spot on!
the only "major" work i've had do on it is replace the front brake pads and the front driver side wheel bearing
