Sorry I paid £310. The unit has an internal aerial, so depedning on where you place the unit depends on how strong the signal from GPS sat. Also some windscreens wont let through the signal. Hope that made sense.

I have a knocking noise on full lock, always on uneven surface. I think its the bump stops so wheel wont hit wheel arch. Had a look around and never found any damage.
