    cadence braking la. Easy as. Make sure you've got some good tyres front and back, get a handle on the torque steer early on, avoid 17" wheels and low profiles and enjoy.

    go above, I had the mrs hold the bolts by leaning over the engine and coilpack and I undid the nut from beneath, that was a ph 2, but I guess it's similar. It's an awkward as f**k job!

    normal 12k intervals are fine til you get to high mileage, like 100k+ imo. Then 7k is wise again imo.

    One piece aint standard mate AFAIK. Standard is 3 piece including cat, centre and rear. Try CES UK for about £100 you'll get a rear box that's pretty bloody identical to standard, or try eBay for some standard centre and rear sections
