The seats in a 172, are they full leather i.e. leather and suede?
or,
Leather and Alcantara?
The reason I ask is time and time again, I've seen the Clio described as 'leather interior' but also as 'half leather interior'.
Alcantara is a brand name. Alcantara is a velvety-feel (almost...
I don't think it's USB related as it was doing it on a fresh install without any usbs plugged in. The front ones weren't connected too.
I'll try the error reporting and see what it says.
Cheers guys.
Only just seen this and haven't read the whole thread.
Gutted for ye mate, that's such awful bad luck.
Defo go through your insurance though, needs doing properly. Worry about the premium later and start saving. It might not be as bad as you think come renewal time. Plus there's ways and...
Cheers.
I also meant to say when it boots back up it'll say 'Windows have recovered from a serious error'.
PSU is 500W and the cpu I've tried her Sempron 2200, mams Barton 2500 and my Barton 3000. All same results. Motherboard is new too as I accidently broke her old one in the process of...
I'm in a similar situation.
I've noticed a dent on the rear wheel arch. I bought the car on the 17th Feb and have been waiting for my spare key to turn up at the dealership before I take the car back. Now the keys there and I'm taking it up on Tuesday.
I mentioned the dent to a girl who...
I built a pc for my sister a while back but she's always complained it keeps randomly restarting. It's still doing it. You can be sitting browsing the internet, working on a document, anything and it'll suddenly just go off and boot up again, no warning, no shutdown, no blue screen or anything...
If you like modern jets... Lock On takes some beating.

If you like prop planes, Pacific Fighters is good.
Commercial stuff then MS FS2005 is good.
You really need a joystick for a flight sim though. You can get cheap ones with a hat and throttle for about £15 in...
Yeah it is a novelty. Ok for motorways, but I just don't feel in control and in 100% concentration.
What is more useful is the speed limiter function. For those who don't know, basically you drive as normal it just doesn't let you go above a set maximum speed, say 50 if there's road works.
My 53 reg has it.
But there's a difference to when a car is made and when it is registered.
It could have been made mid 2003 and registered as an 04 (though I doubt it).
Cruise is worth it for motorways and d/c's, especially tryign to save mpg. Takes a lot of getting used to. I find...
I took mine off my 53 reg 172.
Started to lift the corner with a razor blade.
Wish I never started to be fair. Took me about 20 minutes to get it off. Kept tearing and I was worried about the element. I used some aerosol Isopropyl Alcohol (which I use to clean computer CPUs), that takes...
Try using some Rain-X on your windscreen. Need to use your wipers far less as the Rain-X acts like a wax and water justs flies off the window at 30mph+ and wipers glide over far better.
Wilkinsons do it for about £5 a bottle.
Lovely example that.
What's wrong with phase 2 wheels? I think they really suit the Clio 16v as do the VTS wheels of Saxo VTSs. As for white wheels, personally I only would on a red car but that's just me.
Not slating your wheels at all, just never really been sure why people change phase...
