Interesting! If you could get 250/260 just by using the thicker head gasket it doesn't really make sense to go Megane Pistons/Rods for the extra cost!

Spend the money on handling mods and brakes first, you can always turbo after No point chucking 3 grand at a toy which is designed to save money, only to run it on a standard setup
