Just use the old fog light surround and use ducting that roughly fits the opening and seal it with adhesive sealant. Thats what I did for my brake ducts.

Tesco momentum if you use it quick and v power if it sits in the tank for a while.

I found 205's slightly more forgiving over rough tarmac due to the larger side wall. Very marginal but. 195's are what was speced on 172's anyway.

As said, track is calculated from the centre of each wheel so width does not come into it.

The black plug is for the bonnet switch for the alarm. The oil pressure switch is a cream plug with a large releasing ring round it. You can tackle my wiring when your done if you want.

Like what you're doing with this and certainly shifts on track. Keep up the good work. :)
