    The F4R loves high mileage mine is on 139k now. I would have easily hit 200k if it was still a daily driver.

    Yes mate. ITB'S are expensive for the gains. But I love the instant delivery, and noise. I am not personally chasing BHP figures, so a ITB kit would probably suit my needs better.
