Thanks guys, that's the bad news i was expecting, think they were formed when a fine mist beaded and dried quickly. they are now samwiched between two layers of wax so they will have to stay for the moment as i've just stripped everything off polished and sealed. Also you can only see them from...
Threequarters of the way through applying another layer of supernatural the sun came out strong and i discovered that the Aqua-gleam has given up the ghost and i hadn't managed to dry some of the car quickly enough leaving some darker marks.
I normally apply wax using my fingers, if i were to...
Think i'll stick with it then, a small price to pay for personal use, smells great, lasts ages and if anything does remain in the lamswool drops out into the sink during it's post wash soak.
This is a really good starter kit;

Nice soft clay so you are less likely to damage the paintwork, will leave the surface feeling as smooth as glass.
The forst of those is not registered but i understand that it was owned by an older fellow, the second was registered by r()yle when he got it and that was it.
Is it #182 you're looking at? If you know the number you can go over to Clio trophy to check the history. Like Lee said the only significant difference to any other 182 is the front dampers which are fairly expensive to refurb but no more so than a set of new Reno ones.
Quite a lot for a brush but it does get all the way to the back of the rims.

gtvlew, you may well be right but your still missing the point, why would anyone want to throw away a £1.5 damper and get a new one when they can be refurbed for a fraction of that.
Thanks for reminding us about this again, much appreciated.
At least i now know i can go at least another week without reading exactly the same rubbish the the next "Trophy dampers expensive shocker" thread.
Yes almost twice the price but apparently the bearing is a much much higher spec and will last a lot longer than the combrake ones.
(no need to panic those who have the combrake the bearings are replaceable)
