Do the people spraying the car take no pride in their work? If I was painting something and had it back 3 times, I'd be so embarrassed I'd make sure it was done properly, regardless of time or cost.

where is the clunking coming from? Is it related to the drivetrain speed or engine speed? Is the car in gear or not when you've turned the wheels? Is it when you go over bumps or round corners?
